ELIGIBILITY
The High Confectionary Co. [Giveaway Name] with Nose Dive Scents Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open only to legal residents of, and physically located within, the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Rhode Island and Puerto Rico), age twenty-one (21) years or older at time of entry. Void where prohibited. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
Employees and representatives of The High Confectionary Co. (“Sponsor”) and Nosedive Industries Inc. (“Administrator”), and any of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, or designees, as well as their immediate family members (spouses, parents/stepparents, siblings, children/stepchildren and their spouses) and household members (whether related or not) are not eligible. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor.
HOW TO ENTER
To be automatically entered, visit [add url link to THC Co’s Instagram page] between December 11, 2025 at 5:00pm ET and December 18, 2025 at 11:59pm ET (“Entry Period”). You must follow both @thehighconfectionary and @nosedivescents on Instagram, like the linked post, and tag a friend in the comments.
Sponsor is the official timekeeper.
PRIZES; APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (“ARV”); ODDS
One (1) winner and their tagged friend will each receive:
• (1) Nose Dive Blazing Days full-sized candle (ARV: $42)
• (1) bottle of The High Confectionary Co’s Strawberry Sleep Gummies (ARV: $62)
• (1) Five Pack of Ten-Piece Bags of The High Confectionary Co’s Anytime Gummies (ARV: $55)
Total value per winner: $159 USD. Total ARV of all prizes: $318 USD.
Odds depend on the number of eligible entries.
Prizes are “as is,” nontransferable, and may be substituted only at Sponsor’s discretion. Taxes and unspecified costs are winner’s responsibility.
RANDOM DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION
One (1) potential winner and their tagged friend will be randomly selected from all eligible entries. Winners will be contacted by Instagram direct message on or around December 19, 2025.
Potential winners may need to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity/Liability Release. Failure to respond within two (2) days or comply with requirements may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.
If a winner is at least 21 but considered a minor in their jurisdiction, the prize may be awarded to their parent/legal guardian.
GENERAL
By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules. Participants are responsible for internet/data charges related to entry.
By accepting a prize, winners agree (where permitted) to allow Sponsor and its affiliates to use their name, city/state, and likeness for advertising worldwide, in perpetuity, without compensation.
Entrants release Sponsor and Administrator from any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation or prize use.
Sponsor is not responsible for technical issues, misdirected entries, or disruptions caused by Force Majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, equipment failure, civil disturbance, war, government orders, etc.). Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway if its integrity is compromised.
Incomplete, inaccurate, late, illegible, or automated entries may be disqualified.

GOVERNING LAW
These Official Rules are governed by New York law. Any disputes must be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York, New York.
