
HOW TO MAKE POT BROWNIES

Ingredients
1/2 cup butter
1 1/4 cup granulated sugar
3 oz semi-sweet high confectionary chocolate, finely chopped
2 large eggs
3/4 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup dutch process cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8×8 panwith parchment paper and set aside.
Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Remove and mix in sugar with a whisk. Microwave 30 seconds more, whisk, then 60 seconds more, whisk. The sugar should look slightly melted and the mixture glossy.
Steps 2
Stir in chopped chocolate and whisk until melted. Microwave 15 seconds more if needed.
Add in the eggs and whisk for 1 minute.It’s long but this will give them that glossy top! Then add in the flour, cocoa powder, vanilla, and salt, mixing only until combined.
Step 3
Pour into the prepared pan.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool slightly, then cut into pieces.
12 pieces = ~1mg per brownie.
